What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your name, title, hospital or health system, work email and, if you choose to add it, a renewal or deadline date. When you email us, we receive your message and your email address.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this website. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, arrange a call and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Please do not send patient information through the contact form or by email.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Vercel. Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Both process the information on our behalf and only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to hello@fifthpartyconsulting.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.
